Exams
In accordance with the statutes of the University of Vienna (§ 7 para. 3 of the study law part), 4 examination dates are offered per course: one at the end of the semester and one at the beginning, middle and end of the following semester. After that, it is no longer possible to take the exam (except in justified exceptional cases)!
Registration via u:space
- You can register online via U:SPACE 21 to 7 days before the exam date
- Only students who have been properly registered electronically can take part!
- You can deregister from the exam on U:SPACE up to 2 days before the exam date, and you must also be removed from the timelist on TEMPUS (if you have already registered there).
- If you are absent from the exam without excuse, you will automatically be assessed as "Did not attend", which will result in a 6-week exam ban!
TEMPUS - Electronic Schedule for Oral Exams at KTF
Scheduling for oral exams at KTF is done exclusively via the electronic TEMPUS schedule.
- You can log in to TEMPUS using the university web login (u:account and password); registration is not required.
- Scheduling an exam in TEMPUS requires a valid exam registration via u:space.
- Registration in TEMPUS is possible 6–2 days before the respective exam date.

Exam Dates Univ.-Prof. Dr. Thomas Prügl
Exam are usually oral exams of 15 minutes. Students have to be familiar with the entire course content as presented during the semester. Course material, a structure sheet and selected literature are available on Moodle (E-learning). Students who are not able to attend the course in person are requested to study the portions of the textbooks as listed on moodle.
The examinations take place in the office of Prof. Prügl (Schenkenstraße 8-10, 1010 Vienna, on the 1st floor, room 042a)
